Rick was born in Minnesota and moved to Oklahoma in 1980. While he still has family in Minnesota (and loves the Vikings) he considers himself an Oklahoman. Rick served 8 years in the Oklahoma Army National Guard as an enlisted soldier and officer. He met his wife, Ann, while at Oklahoma State University in 1992 and they now reside in Oklahoma City where they are proud parents to Kathryn, Turner, and the family dog, Jewelz!
